What material is the jewelry made from?

Our pieces are 3D-printed from plant-based PLA. Some designs are also available in recycled PLA (clearly marked in the product description).

PLA is a bio-based plastic derived from renewable resources and is biodegradable under industrial composting conditions.
Are the earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our earrings are equipped with surgical steel hooks, suitable for most sensitive ears.
How durable is PLA jewelry?

Our jewelry is lightweight and durable for normal use. However, it should not be bent, twisted, or exposed to strong impact. Long exposure to direct sunlight may cause color fading over time.
How can I dispose of worn-out jewelry?

If you no longer wish to wear your piece, we encourage responsible disposal. You may return worn-out items to us so we can include them in our recycling process.

Alternatively, you can bring the jewelry to a local 3D filament recycling facility, where available.
Can the jewelry be recycled?

PLA is recyclable in specialized facilities that process bioplastics or 3D printing materials. It should not be disposed of in regular household plastic waste unless local regulations allow it.

We aim to support circular use wherever possible and encourage customers to contact us if they are unsure about recycling options.
Can I order the jewelry in another color or size?

Yes. If you are interested in a different color or size, feel free to contact us. Depending on material availability and design constraints, we may be able to accommodate special requests.
Can I get the jewelry wet?

Occasional contact with water (such as light splashes) is generally fine. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, rain, or high humidity.

Do not wear the jewelry while swimming, showering, or exercising. After contact with water, allow it to dry naturally in a shaded place.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Germany and the EU. Shipping times and costs can be found in our Shipping Policy.
Can I return my order?

Yes. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unworn.
